Camp Cruisin’ will challenge and inspire your child with unique bike rides and activities in the East Bay and beyond. CC kids are exposed to a variety of bicycle-based activities – daily bike rides, riding skills instruction, bike maintenance, on- and off-street safety skills, share-the-road etiquette, wayfinding, and lots of having fun and messing around on their bikes.

We have a special activity planned for this camp, but we’re still finalizing the details before registration opens!

Holiday BMX Session

Holiday BMX Session

This club is for all the BMX enthusiasts. This session we’ll be riding the Benicia Skatepark, working on park etiquette, learning how to respect others and share the space, dropping in, jumping techniques, various tricks, line selection and most importantly have fun while being safe. We’ll also go over some mechanic skills and bike set up.

Helmet required, knee pads, elbow pads and gloves recommended.

Thanksgiving 3-Day Camp Cruisin’

Camp Cruisin’ will challenge and inspire your child with unique bike rides and activities in the East Bay and beyond. CC kids are exposed to a variety of bicycle-based activities – daily bike rides, riding skills instruction, bike maintenance, on- and off-street safety skills, share-the-road etiquette, wayfinding, and lots of having fun and messing around on their bikes. This camp will include a trip to Alameda, where we will explore the awesome bike paths, open spaces, and shoreline!

Lil’ Cruisers is designed for the little ones that are ready to explore on their bikes! Lil’ Cruisers will embark on adventures cruising the local bike trails and hitting up all our favorite playgrounds, and learning trail etiquette, hand signals, and safe biking along the way!

Hit the trails, make new friends, and have a blast! Our after-school mountain bike rides offer kids a fantastic opportunity to explore nature, learn biking skills, and enjoy the thrill of outdoor adventure in a safe and supportive environment. We’re going until the time change!

  • Ages: Ages 9+, Level 5+ skill level

  • Cost: $40/ Session – 10% sibling or parent discount available. Multi-Session Discount available.
  • Equipment: Properly fitting two-wheel pedal bike appropriate for off-road use. Front and rear hand brakes & gears required.

Rockville Gromduro

Race Team & Training Program

Get Ready to Shred at the Rockville Gromduro, hosted by the Bay Area Bike Project!

Join us for 4 days of race training (Sept. 14, 21, 28, and Oct. 5) on the Rockville Gromduro race course at the stunning Rockville Hills Regional Park in Fairfield. We’ll ride the descents you’ll face on race day (Oct. 12) – so you’ll know every turn, line, and feature.

Our coaches will help you dial in your skills, build confidence on challenging terrain, and fine-tune your race strategy – so you can crush it when the starting whistle blows! On race day, we’ll be right there with you, cheering you on every step (or pedal) of the way.

Your spot includes: race entry, 4 training sessions, a team jersey, a Gromduro T-shirt, lunch on race day (and chaperone on race day if needed) – all you need to bring is your bike, your stoke, and your game face!

Optional transportation to and from all training sessions!

Adventure Riding Camp

Completed: Indigenous Peoples Day Adventure Riding Camp – Monday Oct. 13th

Join us for our annual Indigenous People’s Day adventure to Angel Island! We’ll depart from Pleasant Hill BART and ride into San Francisco, then hop on the ferry for a scenic trip across the Bay. Once on the island, riders will explore trails, discover historic sites and structures, and learn about the unique history that makes Angel Island so special—all while having a fun day of riding and adventure.
