The emphasis of TWC is obtaining the balance and coordination needed to ride on two wheels, and to master the fundamentals of starting, stopping, and controlled forward movement. Camp Cruisin’

Monday, January 20th

MLK Jr. Day Camp Cruisin’, Jan. 20th

This camp will allow your rider to cruise along at their own pace, and will mostly stick to off-street bike trails. Campers will work on their bike handling skills: riding in a straight line, riding in a group, riding with one hand, riding standing up, and riding slowly. They’ll take it easy and cruise along to playgrounds, parks, maybe the library – wherever their bikes take them.

This camp will feature a trip to Picasso’s at Play – an open studio art, design, and STEM center.

Bike Requirement: Properly fitting two-wheel pedal bike with either coaster or hand brake. Gears optional.
