Wheel Kids Palo Alto provides a variety of programs throughout the year. Details for these programs can be found in the Quick Links on this page.
We offer two summer camp programs. Adventure Riding Camp is for kids 6 and up who know how to ride and are ready for bicycling adventures. Two Wheelers Club is for kids 5 – 8 who wish to learn to ride or build their riding confidence.
We provide private lessons for one-on-one instruction, for kids 5 and up of any skill level. We also provide a Middle School Bike Skills (MSBS) class during the summer for ages 11 – 14 to help teach and enhance bicycle safety skills for kids traveling longer distances on the road.
Coach In Training
Our CIT program is an opportunity for middle school kids to gain experience as junior-level coaches during our summer camp programs. CITs gain valuable skills in coaching, mentoring, leadership, and bicycling. An application and interview are required.
